Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Team Lead Project Support to drive operational excellence across the order-to-delivery process. In this role, you will guide a team of specialists responsible for project coordination, order handling, documentation accuracy, material ordering, and logistics alignment. You will ensure high-quality customer support, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and foster effective collaboration across functions and countries.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Project Support team aligned to business needs.

Provide functional leadership across locations, including colleagues based in the Czech Republic, applying strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness to enable effective collaboration.

Ensure high-quality execution of project support activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including accurate order processing, project documentation handling, timely customer communication, and acting as an escalation point for operational issues.

Own the material ordering process, including purchase requisitions, shipment coordination, and compliance with Procurement & Logistics policies.

Ensure achievement of agreed operational KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, customer satisfaction indicators such as NPS where applicable).

Identify improvement opportunities across processes (project support, documentation flow, ordering, logistics coordination, stakeholder communication) and implement standardization and optimization measures.

Contribute to or lead development initiatives related to tools, templates, competencies, and process governance to improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

Ensure compliance with corporate policies, integrity standards, and HSE requirements.
Qualifications for the role

Minimum 5 years of experience in project support, order management, supply chain, procurement/logistics, or related operational areas, preferably within an industrial environment.

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related discipline. A technical degree is considered a an advantage.

Proven leadership experience, including managing cross‑cultural, remote, or multi‑location teams.

Strong process and quality orientation, with hands‑on experience in workflow optimization, process standardization, or continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage).

Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities and ability to navigate a fast‑paced, operationally complex environment.

Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are beneficial.

Solid expertise in ERP systems (primarily SAP) and proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools.
