The role
We are looking for a Digital Consultant who thrives at the intersection of business and technology and enjoys shap-ing impactful digital transformation journeys together with our clients.
How you’ll make an impact

You define digital and IT strategies that align technology capabilities with business objectives and long-term value creation.

You assess digital maturity, technology landscapes, and operating models to identify strategic improvement opportunities.

You identify and prioritize high-impact transformation initiatives and translate them into clear, actionable roadmaps and business cases.

You advise clients on key technology decisions such as build vs. buy, platform strategies, and ecosystem partnerships.

You translate business strategies into target architectures, capability maps, and scalable digital platforms.

You structure complex challenges into clear workstreams and support executive decision-making through structured analysis and compelling communication.

You facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders, bridging business, technology, and engi-neering perspectives.

You contribute to business growth by supporting proposals, shaping advisory offerings, and strengthening our positioning in digital strategy and engineering advisory.
What’s important to us
Experience & background
-
You bring around 5 years of experience in digital, IT or technology-driven transformation, including at least 2 years in a consulting environment advising internal or external clients.

You hold a university or FH degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

You have experience in shaping and implementing strategy and governance and have worked within com-plex IT and enterprise environments.

You are interested in working across industries such as banking, insurance, life sciences or manufacturing.

You think strategically and understand how technology and digital decisions impact long-term business per-formance and transformation outcomes.

You bring a strong understanding of modern technology environments, including enterprise architectures, cloud and platform strategies, software engineering principles, data platforms, and AI capabilities.

You have a solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, governance structures, and responsible technology deployment.

You demonstrate strong consulting skills, including structured problem solving, analytical thinking, work-shop facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and transformation roadmap design.

You communicate clearly and effectively, translating complex technical topics into meaningful insights for senior business stakeholders.
