- Durchführung von Management Monitoring und Berichterstattung der Ergebnisse.
- Vorbereitung von verkürzten Produktinformationen und Projektmanagement.
Fähigkeiten
- Erforderlich sind Kenntnisse der Schweizer Pharmaindustrie und C1 Deutsch.
- Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement und MS Office-Kenntnisse.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich.

Scientific Advisor (m/f/d) - limited contract until end of 2025
The Scientific Advisor (SA) independently completes local medical review/Copy Approval certification and Medical Department related Management Monitoring’s. SA prepares Abbreviated Product Information and acts as process owner of the Disease Awareness Campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for medical review of promotional and partially non-promotional materials and completion of certification of promotional and non-promotional material (Copy Approval) for release to use in Switzerland
- Performs independently Management Monitoring’s (MM) according to schedule and reports results
- Supports the business by answering questions related to medical governance / scientific engagement and local regulations
- Prepares Abbreviated Product Information
- Acts as process owner of the Disease Awareness Campaigns
- Takes over management of projects
Qualifications & skills:
- Proficiency in English, German (at least C1 level) language skills are mandatory, additional skills in French are of advantage
- Knowledge of the Swiss pharmaceutical environment is required
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Project Management capabilities
- Previous experience and track record in pharmaceutical industry (medical affairs role, governance, copy approval)
