Join us for a 10-week internship from 1 July to 5 September 2025 and spend your summer discovering the opportunities and challenges of the wealth management industry. As a student, this internship is a chance to explore your interests, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals on real projects. Our programme includes various learning sessions as well as networking opportunities, allowing you to connect with colleagues and our graduates. Your team
The Julius Baer Academy is part of the People, Brand, and Communications unit within COO. Join us and become part of the Talent Development Programmes team. By delivering tailored learning and development programmes along Julius Baer’s career paths, the team's mission is to build a strong pipeline of prime talent to achieve long-term business objectives and growth.
Throughout your internship, you will gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into Julius Baer’s talent development programmes, including those for Relationship Managers and other Front roles, Graduates and Apprentices.
IHRE AUFGABEN
What to work on
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and topics, including:

Supporting learning and development programme managers in their daily operations, such as planning and delivering training sessions

Conducting research to analyse and identify key success factors in talent development

Assisting with the roll-out of Julius Baer’s Summer Internship Programme

Generating new ideas and approaches for talent development and talent attraction initiatives
What to learn

Get insights into the principles and practices of Learning and Development at Julius Baer

Explore various talent development programmes and their implementation
-
Familiarise yourself with Julius Baer’s business model, products, and services
-
Further develop essential skills such as project management, communication, and stakeholder management
-
Receive constructive feedback and coaching from experienced professionals to support your growth and development
YOUR PROFILE
-
Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the fields of Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or a related field
-
Initial practical experience in learning and development and skills/knowledge in talent development is a plus
-
Good presentation skills and experienced user of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
-
Proactive, with a hands-on, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges
-
Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
-
A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

Fluency in German and English, with additional languages being a plus
-
Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit
