Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain DevOps pipelines, infrastructure, and documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for medical software.
- Drive the timely delivery of stable, secure, and scalable systems that meet organizational and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with diverse, intercultural teams to foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively and empower team members through mentorship and collaboration.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in DevOps development/engineering.
- 4-8 years of experience in DevOps (e.g., Git, containerization, virtualization, CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong Linux experience (Debian or Ubuntu).
- Proficiency in scripting with Bash and Python.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams in an inclusive environment.
- Fluent English skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
- SAFe5 or SAFe6 certification.
