To enable this, we manage Julius Baer’s sustainability and climate strategy with its two pillars – solutions and services for our clients and our own corporate activities. We work closely with internal stakeholders across the Bank, as well as clients, investors, and other external stakeholders. The Head of the Sustainability Team is a member of the Bank’s Sustainability Committee, which is chaired by the Deputy CEO.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Based on Julius Baer’s sustainability strategy (including climate strategy), you will contribute to our sustainability-related communication strategy and positioning

In close collaboration with the Brand & Communications department and other stakeholders, you will ideate, drive, and implement the Bank’s communications activities around sustainability, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and consistency in positioning and language

You will develop, create, and review content for internal and external audiences, with the aim to increase understanding, support, and engagement

You are familiar in using a range of channels, including video, podcasts, social media, print

You will support our employee and client engagement efforts by driving their communications activities and producing high quality content and materials, such as newsletters, blogs, factsheets, brochures etc

You will lead the production of the Group’s annual Sustainability Report by driving its creation, aligning with internal subject matter experts, reviewing content, and overseeing the work of our external agencies
YOUR PROFILE

At least five years of experience in corporate communications and positioning; additional experience in client communication would be advantageous

Excellent skills and a comprehensive track record in writing and editing (English native level)

Broad knowledge of sustainability topics; experience in the financial sector would be advantageous

Strong organizational skills, proven track record in project and stakeholder management

University degree or higher education, preferably in communications or a related field

A team-oriented and resilient personality, excellent social skills, and poise

A precise, reliable and efficient way of working

A high degree of commitment, used to delivering consistent high-quality results
