Data Engineer 80-100% (w/m/d)

What awaits you:

• Develop, build, maintain and orchestrate robust ETL workflows on GCP.


• Build data pipelines to ingest both structured and unstructured data to meet business requirements.


• Configure and deploy tools for data analytical purposes on GCP.


• Work closely with Data Science to prepare data for processing.


• Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality.


• Collaborate effectively with team members (DevOps, Data Architect, Data Scientist) to clarify requirements.


• Tackle challenges and solve complex problems on a daily basis.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software/computer engineering, applied mathematics and/or similar practical experience.


• Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (preferable Airflow, Cloud Dataflow).


• Knowledge and experience working with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.


• Strong experience in one or more programming languages (preferable Python).


• Prior backgrounds with GCP services.


• Experience in working with Kubernetes and Docker.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Fluent in English or German, any other of the bexio languages is an advantage (e.g. French or Italian).
