About the job:
- Develop new processes for Jewelry collections and drive continuous process improvement in line with Swarovski’s LUXignite strategy
- Synchronize Product and Brand Idea-to-Shelf (I2S) processes, ensuring seamless integration of new product launches and campaign go-lives
- Lead dedicated I2S governance platform and initiatives to ensure readiness of Jewelry collections across touchpoints and channels
- Plan I2S timelines for seasonal Jewelry collections across the entire value chain from concept to launch and formalize gates and milestones
- Report on key readiness KPIs, ensure data integrity in the PLM system (Product Lifecycle Management), and address key challenges to support Jewelry and Brand strategies and process performance
- Lead the deployment and anchoring of Jewelry and Brand process changes with the business teams
- Manage a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Brand, Supply chain, Components, Commercial, and Support functions, to orchestrate I2S Jewelry processes and initiatives
- Communicate new Jewelry and Brand process requirements to the Product Systems team and work very closely to foster adoption of digital tools
About you :
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in product management, brand management, project management, or a similar role within the jewelry or fashion industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent proficiency in English, with strong communication and influence skills to manage a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems, question the status quo and structure agile and evolving strategies and ways of working.
- Strong willingness to learn and flexibility to adapt to a broad and evolving scope of responsibilities and team environment.
- Proven experience with digital tools and product systems is a plus.
