As a Swiss aviation company operating internationally, Lions Air Group AG offers a wide range of passenger and patient transport services.Its main business areas include VIP business aviation, managed by Lions Air, and ambulance transport by AAA Alpine Air Ambulance AG, which covers primary and secondary missions as well as organ transports. Air and ground transports are coordinated through our own in-house operations center. Emergency missions are dispatched by the respective regional emergency medical dispatch centers. Skyair Aircraft Maintenance services the Lions Air Group's helicopter fleet as well as external customer helicopters.
Lions Air Skymedia and Skyair Aircraft Maintenance are also involved in firefighting with helicopters worldwide. Pilots and engineers are deployed on site for this purpose and are looking for a team player with technical and manual experience to support the additional equipment:
Candidate`s Profile
- Experience in mechanic/electronic (car/truck mechanic or mechatronic)
- Owner of category C driver license
- Fluent in English and German language
- Flexibility to work abroad if missions require it
- Based near the area of Bern Belp
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High professional standards
Job description
- Maintenance of firefighting equipment (Bambi bucket, longlines, firetack/recoil tank etc.)
- Maintenance of Fuel truck and/or other machines (crane of container, generator of container, crane hangar, forklift etc.)
- You ensure order and structure to the inventory
- You support the warehouse and hanger logistics and act as their deputy (goods receipt, storage, set-up etc.)
