Your tasks

• Integrate and process data from web analytics, CRM, paid media, and other marketing platforms to support strategic decision-making
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualize KPIs to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across teams and regions
• Identify trends and anomalies in structured and unstructured data to uncover risks and opportunities
• Assist with data cleaning, preprocessing, and integration across sources
• Analyze user behavior and performance data across Georg Fischer websites, B2B portals, and digital campaigns to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
• Analyze digital marketing data (e.g., paid media, CRM, web analytics) to generate actionable insights
• Contribute to the development of tools and techniques to improve marketing analytics
• Support documentation of analytics workflows and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with ad hoc digital marketing and platform development projects, including research, coordination, and stakeholder presentations

Your profile

• Recently completed or studying towards Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in data analytics as well as solid knowledge of a higher programming language (R, Python) and data service environments in the cloud
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences
• Understanding of web analytics tools and digital marketing concepts
• Interest in UX, web development, or digital product management is a plus
• Passion for marketing, curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment
