Manager Order Management and Export Intercompany (m/f/d) - 100%

Your opportunity

As Manager Order Management and Export Intercompany (m/f/d), you will take ownership of our Central Order Management & Export Intercompany team and ensure smooth global order processing across Sonova’s intercompany entities, suppliers, and third-party shipments.

You combine operational excellence with strong people leadership and export expertise. In addition, you act as the local SAP SD Key User, driving system improvements and ensuring process efficiency. In this role, you directly influence delivery performance, trade compliance and cross-functional collaboration within our global supply chain.

More about the role

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 Order Management & Export specialists

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of global intercompany orders

• Oversee export compliance, trade regulations and documentation standards

• Act as SAP SD Key User for Intercompany processes and drive system optimization

• Coordinate operational readiness for product launches across intercompany channels

• Monitor delivery performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate closely with Operations Centers, Finance, Quality, IT and global stakeholders

More about you

• Commercial apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar

• Strong experience in international order management and export operations

• Proven people leadership experience in a customer-focused environment

• Solid knowledge of trade compliance, export documentation and Incoterms

• Strong SAP ERP understanding (Order-to-Cash, returns, logistics processes), ideally as Key User

• Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+)

• Structured, solution-oriented and resilient personality with strong stakeholder management skills
