Position

Are you passionate about cycling and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Pinarello is looking for a Store Sales Specialist to join our Zurich store. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and providing expert advice on our world-class bicycles and accessories.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and offer personalized assistance.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Sell bicycles and accessories from Pinarello group brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform minor mechanical tasks (e.g., bike fitting, adjustments).
• Update customer profiles and document sales.
• Inform customers about promotions, events, and new products.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retail sales, ideally in the cycling industry.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability in bike fitting.
• Fluent in German and English; French or Italian is a plus.
• Passion for cycling and knowledge of the industry.
