Role Summary:
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our internal team and advance the platform’s development. You’ll build new features, collaborate on AI integrations, and manage our cloud infrastructure with an emphasis on automated, reliable deployments. This role is ideal for someone eager to work across the stack, collaborate on defining and implementing new use cases for the platform, and improve both apractices.
Responsibilities
Enhance frontend and backend services to support new functionality and improve user experience.
Collaborate on AI agent workflows, integrating updates for negotiation agents and scenarios.
Maintain real-time audio pipelines, ensuring smooth speech-to-text and text-to-speech processing.
Design and operate CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployments on Azure.
Monitor and troubleshoot applications in production, optimizing performance and reliability.
Work with product and content teams to implement scenario updates and feedback mechanisms.
Document features, processes, and operational procedures to support team efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern web framework (e.g., React).
Strong backend skills in a server-side framework (e.g., NestJS or Express).
Solid Python experience and familiarity with microservice architectures.
Practical DevOps skills: CI/CD setup, containerized applications, and infrastructure as code.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for deployment and scaling.
Understanding of real-time communication (e.g., WebRTC) and speech processing basics.
Effective communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
