Your team
Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
We are seeking a team member to strengthen our Funds Middle Office & Trade Processing team within the Technology & Operations division.
As a new member of the team, you will be responsible for processing investment fund operations performed by our fund trading desk for our clients across all the Pictet group entities.
Your role
- Process and control transactions related to investment funds (Pictet and third‑party mutual and hedge funds, private equity, etc.) across various systems.
- Manage adjustments and corrections for fund transactions, ensuring revisions are processed accurately and timely.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of cash and securities flows and relevant banking systems.
- Perform controls and reconciliations linked to fund processing activities.
- Handle complex transactions (e.g., equalisation factors).
- Respond to internal and external queries with expertise, providing accurate information to stakeholders.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance the billing and processing workflows for investment funds.
Your profile
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Law, Business, Economics or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the banking industry (experience in a similar role is an asset).
- Knowledge of settlement and back‑office securities operations is a plus.
- Accounting‑oriented, mathematical mindset with strong numerical and analytical skills; rigorous and detail‑oriented.
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Avaloq is an asset.
- Must be a resident of Switzerland.
Highly motivated and capable of handling stress, you have an affinity for numbers and complexity. You are methodical and meticulous in problem-solving and controls, demonstrating flexibility in the face of change, shift schedules, and an open-minded approach while adhering to procedures. You can work independently while ensuring information sharing within the team. In addition to your problem-solving and innovative abilities, risk management and client satisfaction are your top priorities.
