We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

• Duration: 6 months
• Prerequisite: Interest in the area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in Switzerland
• Note: This is a paid internship

Your Mission

• You will play a pivotal role in developing leaders at On. You will ideate, design and execute programs that develop leadership skills and competencies.
• You will plan and coordinate live and self-paced learning programs, managing all aspects of the learning experience including scheduling, communication, attendance tracking and post-session material development.
• You will develop innovative leadership enablement initiatives such as toolkits for leaders and enhanced leadership development resources. .
• You will lead communication strategy and manage channels to effectively engage leaders and stakeholders on learning initiatives.
