Trainee Real Estate Transactions

with the possibility to get a permanent position at the end of the internship!

Your responsibilities

• Monitor and support existing real estate portfolios and local property managers
• Assist with real estate acquisitions: property analysis, due diligence, preparation of offers and reports
• Contribute to monthly reporting, NAV calculations, and quarterly/annual financial statements
• Participate in financial modelling, especially for commercial acquisitions
• Support process improvement and internal procedures
• Help with administrative tasks and operational project coordination
• Analyze and track new real estate projects
• Assist in preparing external reports for clients and investors
• Support the organization, participation and follow-up of meetings
• Develop and enhance monitoring and analytical tools (including ESG scoring)

Your profile

• Master’s degree in economics, law, or hotel management with a focus on finance/real estate
• First work experience or strong interest in the real estate sector
• Resilient, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong team spirit with a proactive and independent mindset
• Structured approach and solid analytical thinking skills
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in French and German, with a good command of English
