Customer Care Representative

Requirements:

Requirements:

✅ Proficiency in English (Italian is a strong plus)

✅ Valid driving license

✅ Clean criminal record

✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Operations & Customer Care roles)

✅ Proven customer service experience

✅ VIP catering background

✅ Based in Switzerland with a valid work permit (Zurich-based candidates strongly preferred)

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

✅ Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

✅ Problem-solving mindset with creativity and adaptability

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)

✅ Customer-focused attitude with proven service excellence

✅ Team player with the ability to work independently when needed

✅ Cultural awareness and professionalism in dealing with VIP clients
