The Platform

With c. €12 billion of assets under management, CA Indosuez is a major private markets’ investor through its Tiera Capital Funds investing mostly across Europe, North America and Asia. Its dedicated investment team makes 40 to 50 investments every year with a mix of (i) primary commitments, (ii) secondary transactions (lead or co-invests) and (iii) direct co-investments in companies. The Private Market platform of CA Indosuez covers a large scope of strategies including buyout, growth capital, credit, infrastructure, and secondary.

Your role – Real Assets & Private Credit Investment Associate

• Sourcing, analyzing and executing real assets (Real Estate & Infrastructure) and private credit investments, mostly primary commitments into external funds;
• Preparing Investment Memos and defending investment recommendations to the Investment Committee;
• Ensuring monitoring and reporting of the existing investments in portfolio;
• Participating to investment execution and structuring alongside internal and external counsels;
• Managing deal-flow and digital monitoring tools related to investments;
• Ad-hoc review of external funds for distribution purpose.

The Real Assets & Private Credit Investment Associate will report to the Head of Real Assets & Private Credit within the Private Markets investment team, mostly based in Geneva.
