Fähigkeiten
- Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Textiltechnik, 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement.
- Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Teamplayer mit lösungsorientiertem, analytischem Denken.

As the maternity cover of our Product Manager Apparel you accompany the product throughout its entire life cycle. In this varied position you are the central contact person for the products and maintain important interfaces to numerous other internal and external areas. This position is temporary for one year and the ideal start date would be August 1, 2025.

Your responsibilities
- Market research (online and offline) to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Engagement with commercial teams and their customers in order to develop stronger business
- Lead the Go to Market process at each stage gate developing the propositions with the marketing teams in order to develop compelling selling concepts
- Deliver design briefs and concepts towards the Material Management and Design functions
- Active participation in design handovers, proto reviews, and fittings - ensure brief is being met or adapted if needed
- Together with our Product Coordinator, make sure the PLM and IPIM systems are up to date and running
Your profile
- Higher education degree in business administration or textile engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management in the sports industry, preferably in textile
- A good business acumen as well as a good understanding of technical Outdoor Apparel and of the Outdoor market in general
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a consumer-centric and positive mindset
- A Teamplayer with a solution oriented, analytical and innovative way of thinking
- Strong knowledge in MS Office, PLM system and AI tools are desirable
- Fluent in English (written & spoken), every other language is a plus
- Passion for mountain sports in general
