Position Summary:
You are an accomplished account executive who has experience building strategic clients growth and acquiring net-new business particularly in the defence technology services sector. You have the spirit of an entrepreneur and get excited about starting your own business from the ground up? You are thrilled by advanced and innovative technology encompassing cybersecurity services and secure embedded systems used in emerging defence related solutions such as edge AI, autonomous drones & robotics. Kudelski Labs is growing and adding a Sales and Business Development Director to deliver on our growth targets within our defence and european aerospace sector.

Extraordinary Enterprise sales executive to define and execute a sales strategy for the territory.
Consistent delivery of service, support, and license revenue targets upon deadlines.
Run full sales cycle from prospecting net new to negotiating terms and pricing, to closing qualified opportunities in your territory.
Build named account relationships, account planning, and opportunity management.
Track and measure and update activities withing your prospects and existing clients in CRM and broadcast updates to the team.
Collaborate and develop partners in the accounts/territory.
Requirements / Profile
Profile
You have 10+ years of direct and / or channel large account technology & services selling experience in the information security space including strong and relevant experience in the defence and/or european space sector.
You have a consistent track record as a sales leader including over-achievement of sales revenue goals, accurate pipeline and forecasting management, excellent account management skills, and a strong desire to ensure customer success
Influential and credible with C-level executives (CIO, CSO, CISO, CTO) in order to form and raise the importance of Cybersecurity on their agenda
Effective negotiator including procurement, licensing, and professional services contracts.
Experience explaining the value of security threat assessments, architecture reviews and code audits.
You thrive in a dynamic, scaling, fast-paced environment
Live in your CRM and engage with team win mentality
Able to work independently and remotely with other members of your team and corporate
Technical degree and or recognized security industry qualifications with related experience.
Experience in new emerging technologies such as AI, Autonomous drones & robotics a plus.
Based in Switzerland (remote office or based in our Swiss headquarter),
Travel up to 25% of time domestically plus internationally as required.
German and English mandatory, French a nice to have
