An exciting growth opportunity in the Supply Chain Strategy & Digital Solutions team, where you can leave your fingerprints on so many fronts. We are seeking you, a Manager Head Office Supply Chain. The SCM Head Office team focuses on orchestrating strategy execution, managing operational rhythms, crafting vital communications (including executive board updates), and overseeing project management for high priority initiatives. Ensure that the strategy, supply chain processes, infrastructure and enablers are understood and executed in the organization.
Support and drive clear and efficient processes for communications and team engagement. Establish and drive structure that brings together multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive decisions and control execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executive updates: Support functional Global Supply Chain Senior Leadership executive updates (e.g., Board updates, Core Leadership meetings, Supervisory Board, etc.) in collaboration with cross-functional working teams
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain an effective operating model that includes regular engagement with key stakeholders across global and local markets
- Strategic facilitation: Assist the SCM VP with orchestrating the senior leadership team efforts in developing and tracking the annual strategic priorities and targets
- Head-office Operations: Manage high-priority initiatives, craft key communications, and promote team engagement to bolster SCM culture and operational excellence
- Project Management: Support project management in collaboration with global and market supply chain teams and partner functions, driving leadership updates and managing timely progress, including clear deliverables and owners
- Lead and manage key internal communications within the SCM community (in alignment with Snr Manager): planning and content creation in collaboration with x-functional / x-market stakeholders of townhalls, team huddles, internal platform postings etc.

- Knowledge
- Project Management: Proficiency in strategic project management methodologies and tools.
- Analytical Tools: Familiarity with a range of analytical and project planning tools, with proficiency in Excel
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Understanding strategic planning processes, including setting objectives, risk assessment, communication, and progress tracking
- Skills & Abilities
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align projects with higher-level organizational goals and vice versa breaking down complexity to value adding impact
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Fluent in English both verbally and written

- Expertise in AI-driven tools and platforms: Enhance supply chain deliverables, optimize operational efficiency, lead implementation initiatives within the SCM community to ensure sustainable success

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a Multinational Corporation (e.g. management consulting, project management, etc.) with a regional or matrix organization exposure
- Within which 2 years of relevant project management or industry experiences
- College or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
