Main Responsibilities
- Support Regional Mkt. and Community Development Managers (Deputy Role)
- Prepare and support weekly Cluster Leads Meeting
- Prepare and support Monthly EE ESA Meeting
- Prepare and manage onboardings and trainings and documentation
- Administrative support for Regional Managers and Cluster Leads
Main Requirements
- Strong organizational, project and event management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to build and maintain relations with Health Care Professionals at all levels and broader stakeholders
- Good problem solving and strong analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize task
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, ability to collaborate well with others and work cross-functionally across the organization
- Effective Team player skills through consistent reliability and effective support
- Knowledge and proven experience of relevant systems
- Fluent written and verbal English and German
