Position Summary
As an Avionics Team Leader, you will take charge alongside the Aircraft Avionic Supervisor in executing base and line maintenance, RMU, and CMPL projects - ensuring excellence in safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. You’ll lead a talented team of Avionic Technicians, Electricians, and Licensed Engineers, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and clear communication.
Your Role:
- Lead with Purpose: Drive avionics maintenance, RMU, and CMPL projects with focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Guide the Team: Motivate and support Avionic Technicians, Electricians, and Engineers to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Ensure Compliance: Enforce safety, EHS, and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
- Stay Accountable: Keep documentation and SAP records accurate and up to date.
- Problem Solve: Detect, report, and address defects through proactive communication and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with supervisors and teams to ensure top-quality maintenance and repairs.
- Inspire Growth: Lead by example — mentor, coach, and build a positive team spirit.

Your Profile:
- Licensed EASA Part-66 B2 Engineer with relevant type ratings.
- Experienced — minimum 2 years in avionics maintenance as Certifying Staf f with strong technical knowledge.
- Qualified — technical degree and solid understanding of aircraft systems and regulations.
- Leader — proven ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
- Tech-Savvy — proficient in SAP ERP and MS Office.
- Communicator — fluent in technical English with strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem Solver — analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on quality and efficiency.
- Adaptable — flexible with shifts and responsive to project needs.
