The Assistant supports the Team and Relationship Managers (RMs) in addressing all inquiries from our private clients regarding trading and operational matters, aiming to ensure seamless operations and prompt, accurate, and comprehensive responses.
Key responsibilities include order placement, managing client requests, executing payments, and arranging loans and deposits. Emphasis is placed on accuracy and timeliness, with efficient handling of queries and data provision, including timely escalation to senior team members when required.
Relationship Managers rely on the Assistant to support the promotion and servicing of electronic channels dedicated to private clients, as well as to process associated requests and enquiries.
The Assistant actively participates in ongoing communication with RMs and coordinates effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the course of client-related activities.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Client Administration & Management

Supports the RM and team in client interaction in all respects

Responds to incoming calls and takes prompt action

Maintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences. Creates system-based reports for the RM

Provides clients with verbal and/or written information and data, giving neither advice nor any statement of opinion as value judgement

Processes orders, trades, transactions, payments placement (outside e-channels) and handles and executes clients’ requests

Helps to promote the usage and adoption of our dedicated private banking e-channels

Monitors the maturity list for deposits, loans, trades; acts where instruction is standard, seeks instructions (from RM or client) if necessary and required
Business Management

Organises and follows up client meetings, including logistics and document preparation

Supports the RM in investigations and troubleshooting, maintaining close bank-internal cross-team/unit collaboration
Risk Management

Full adherence always to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations and policies

Acts as the first line of risk defense, through raising concerns, following up on issues and escalating as necessary
YOUR PROFILE
-
Foundational knowledge of financial markets: structure, function and legal/regulatory environment as well as industry awareness

Basic understanding of relevant products and services applicable to private clients, plus valuation principles

Excellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even when under pressure

Proactive, friendly, team player and solution-oriented

Impeccable presentation and communication skills incl. strong MS Office skills

Strong integrity, ethics and risk awareness combined with solid client-focused mindset

Excellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even when under pressure

Business fluent in English and French (oral and written) and other languages according to the market requirement
