This role is the engine of our talent ecosystem, spanning full-cycle talent acquisition and impactful HR Business Partnering to foster a thriving, high-performance culture.
Your Mission.
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Your Core DNA)
- Own the Pipeline: Drive end-to-end recruitment for critical scientific, R&D, and corporate roles, up to the Senior Director level. This means consulting, planning, sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and closing.
- Be a Talent Scout: Move beyond job boards. Develop sophisticated direct sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and your deep network to proactively build diverse talent pipelines for immediate and future critical needs.
- External Sourcing Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with recruitment agencies and staffing firms. When required, direct and manage the end-to-end recruitment process through these third-party partners, acting as the primary point of contact for the hiring team.
- Champion the Experience: Design and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that embodies our company culture. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on interview best practices, market trends, and compensation strategy.
- ATS & Analytics: Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage workflow, drive efficiency, and generate data-driven insights to refine our recruitment approach.
Associate HR Business Partner (40%)
- Business Partnering: Partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and employee development to align HR programs with department success. You'll help build out departments and career pathways aligned with business growth.
- Change Management Support: Support Managers in navigating organizational change, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and employee engagement during transitions or strategic pivots.
- Engagement Driver: Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Policy & Compliance Liaison: Act as the link between the department your support and the centralized HR Operations team. You'll consult on complex employee matters, ensuring fair application of policies and compliance with local labor law, while keeping a pulse on the overall employee experience.
More than a checklist of skills, we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to science with purpose.
