Position Summary
Are you passionate about design excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences? At Jet Aviation, we create bespoke interiors for the world’s most discerning business jet owners. We’re looking for a Project Support Interior Design to bring creativity, technical expertise, and flawless execution to every stage of the project lifecycle from concept approval to aircraft redelivery.
Your mission
- Act as a point of contact for customers, design partners, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Provide aesthetic and technical design guidance to guarantee integrity and excellence at every stage.
- Conduct detailed cosmetic inspections and approve materials, products, and completed interiors to uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Coordinate across disciplines—engineering, production, procurement, and installation—to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage design documentation and ensure compliance, completeness, and alignment internally and externally.
- Provide administrative support to the design team

Your profile
- Master/Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ experience in a related field (interior design, product design or interior architecture)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in aviation completions and interior design.
- Strong knowledge of aviation interior design, materials, and technical aspects.
- Exceptional sense of aesthetics and understanding of cosmetic standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and 2D CAD (3D CAD preferred).
- Outstanding communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work autonomously.
- A keen eye for detail, color, and spatial awareness, combined with strong organizational and time management skills.
