15 months contract – LIMS – computerized systems
Are you passionate about science, technology, and solving problems? Join the Quality Control (QC) team as an Analytical Tech Support Specialist and become the go-to person for laboratory’s digital systems and analytical equipment.
What you’ll do
- Act as a super user for laboratory software systems (e.g. Empower, Dissolution Workstation)
- Set up master data, new methods, and support colleagues with system issues
- Run verification protocols and review audit trails to keep data compliant and trustworthy
- Train and support new team members in using lab systems
- Contribute to equipment troubleshooting, qualification, and lifecycle management
- Help update GMP documents, support change controls, and participate in risk assessments
What we’re looking for
- A degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent training (Lab Technician certificate also accepted)
- At least 2 years of relevant lab experience in GMP environment
- Solid knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV/VIS, IR
- Familiarity with laboratory software (LIMS, Empower) and cGMP requirements
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with an eye for detail and compliance
- French mandatory, English proficiency desired
- A collaborative personality who enjoys helping others and driving improvements
