Lab Cleaner (m/f/d)

As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are immediately seeking a motivated and dedicated Lab Cleaner for a temporary assignment of one year with the possibility of extension

The Research & Development Services team at Roche Diagnostics International (RDI) leads the management of R&D laboratories and associated equipment to ensure the safety, compliance and smooth operations of local R&D laboratories.

Tasks

• Regular cleaning of the BSL1 & BSL2 laboratories according to the hygiene plan
• Waste management, including collection and disposal
  Lab coat management, including adequate supply, collection, and cleaning
• Operation and monitoring of dishwasher, drying furnace, and autoclaves
• Maintaining a stock of common lab consumables
• Pipettes calibration support
• Participates in the on-call services for the CTU excursion
• Dry ice area cleaning

Must Haves

• Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting heavy waste bins Regularly
• Work with potentially infectious biological material
• Fluent in German and English, min. Level B2
• Proficient with MS Excel and Google suite

• Hep B vaccination (Can also be provided by Roche)
• Relevant experience as a cleaner or laboratory environment
