Senior Manager Crisis and Resilience

We support our clients along the whole cyber security journey, ranging from technology assessments, identification and implementation of cyber solutions, defining cyber strategy and many more. • Support organisations in preparing for, and responding to, emerging threats, risks, and issues, leveraging your advisory, intelligence, and analytical experience.
• Develop and lead project teams to enhance clients' operational resilience and crisis management capabilities, with a focus on cybersecurity
• Design, implement, and manage cyber resilience projects, ensuring post-incident reviews and crisis response assessments to drive comprehensive operational strategies.
• Create data-driven and tech-enabled propositions in collaboration with technology partners to further mature risk and crisis resilience capabilities.

• Extensive experience in intelligence analysis, reporting, and policy advice with a background in global security issues, ideally a background in military or intelligence services with operational experience
• Expertise in cybersecurity analysis, incident management, and operational resilience.
• Proven track record of a client-focused approach and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong communication skills capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and delivering results for senior executive stakeholders.
• Leadership skills in building teams and stakeholder management in high-pressure environments.
• Fluent in English with excellent ability to adapt quickly to changing situations in high-pressure environments.
