Senior Business Analyst – AML

What you will do
As a Senior Business Analyst in AML, you'll turn financial crime challenges into actionable solutions for our clients around the globe.
- Lead workshops and advise clients on best practices in AML and fraud detection
- Translate customer needs into functional specifications and solution designs
- Ensure solution quality and alignment with client goals through hands-on QA
- Deliver engaging user training and serve as the key business contact throughout the project
- Continuously improve our methodologies, contribute to missed fraud analysis, and support sales with demos and RFPs

- Skilled at turning complex business needs into structured, scalable solutions
- Proficient in documenting specifications and using collaboration tools (Confluence, JIRA, Teams)
- Comfortable working with financial data and understanding AI-enabled AML detection logic
- Familiar with AML monitoring systems; certifications are a plus
- Strong communicator, fluent in English; French or German is a strong asset
Te chnical skills you’ll need
- Solid knowledge of financial crime and AML systems, logic, and data flows
- Ability to assess and validate solution quality against business objectives
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in real-time detection
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and project collaboration tools
- Familiarity with APIs, system integration concepts, or data mapping is a plus
