Über den Job
In this function, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our 3DX™ Blade Platform. We value a hands-on approach and a “get things done” mindset and the ability to work creatively and solve complex problems. As a Software Developer you interact with different internal stakeholders to design and implement high quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain AI pipelines, primarily focused on computer vision
- Prototype, demonstrate and validate new AI-driven use cases to improve productivity and efficiency
- Contribute to drone flight and mission software (Android / Kotlin)
- Collaborate closely with software and operations teams
- Provide technical support to drone pilots during field operations
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment
About You
- Hands-on experience in AI / Machine Learning using Python and PyTorch
- High level of initiative and ownership: proactively bring own ideas, challenge existing approaches and continuously look for ways to improve solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Computer Vision, Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical thinking, debugging and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of geometry, spatial reasoning and geospatial data
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Experience in drone or robotics software development, mobile development in Android/Kotlin are an asset
