Join our dynamic Bid & Contract Management team of four based in the German-speaking part of Switzerland - we're now looking for a motivated colleague to take the lead in the French-speaking region. In this role, you'll act as a key bridge between Sales, Legal, and Management for large and complex RFPs. We're looking for someone proactive, structured, and solution-oriented who thrives in an independent work environment. If you enjoy responsibility and making an impact, this is your opportunity.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Monitor external databases to identify and qualify new RFP opportunities
- Coordinate bids closely with Sales, ensuring alignment with customer needs and internal capabilities
- Allocate internal resources in collaboration with Presales and Product Management
- Prepare and present bid statistics and insights to management for strategic decision-making
- Clarify legal and compliance aspects with internal stakeholders such as Legal and Compliance
- Ensure strong time management across all bid phases to meet submission deadlines
- Drive process improvements and maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables
YOUR SKILLS:
- Proven experience in Bid or Project Management, ideally in the Telco or ICT industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and levels
- Excellent time and quality management, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines
- Skilled in common bid tools, methodologies, and internal processes
- Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to act as a bridge between Sales, Legal, and Technical teams
- Self-driven and structured, able to manage complex bids with minimal supervision
- Fluency in French and English, German is a plus.Quality Managegement
