As a member of the Innovation Management team, you will drive impactful and scalable product innovation across the company by fostering a culture of innovation and excellence through defining ways of working, developing processes and tools, and driving the efficient management of innovation resources.

Your Mission

Your mission is to amplify Innovation’s impact by building solid operational structures that foster a culture of Innovation and excellence. You will achieve this by driving operational excellence and strategic alignment within and beyond the Innovation team– defining processes and tools aligned with those from the organisation, as well as, developing clear roadmaps for implementing strategic improvements across Innovation and the product organization.

As an Innovation Management Senior Specialist – Operational Excellence you will:

• Own the planning and execution of Innovation’s key meetings
• Define and implement best practices, frameworks and ways of working
• Develop and maintain the necessary tools and processes to manage the Innovation portfolio efficiently and coach the team on using those tools
• Drive the creation and implementation of systems that enhance the effective collaboration with other departments
• Own Innovation’s on-going operations and drive the resource management
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
