Mantu Graduate Program
The Mantu Graduate Program is an elite 18-month track designed for up to 3 top graduates per year from leading engineering and business schools.
Our ambition is clear: to give you the opportunity to build Mantu’s future.
75% of Mantu’s leadership began in entry-level operational roles.
From day one, you will join us in a managerial position, mentored by a Director, before branching into one of two high-impact tracks:

Country or city opening and new business launch
-
Global Account Management on key strategic accounts, contributing to innovation with Top 500 companies worldwide
Program Structure
Total duration: 18 months
Phase 1 — 6 months
Manager role with Director mentoring
During the first 6 months, you will join one of our business units as a:
-
Manager
-
Account Manager
-
Business Developer
You will work directly with a Director who will act as your mentor.
You will discover and practice the core pillars of our business model:
-
Team leadership & recruitment
-
Business development & client management
-
P&L and performance management
-
Delivery oversight and project coordination
You will also gain exposure to Mantu’s culture, ways of working and leadership standards.
The objective of this phase is to give you a solid foundation in people, client and business management, with close guidance from an experienced leader.
Phase 2 — 12 months
Choose your track
After the initial 6 months, and based on your performance, aspirations and business priorities, you will move into one of the following tracks.
Track A — Country or City Opening / New Business
You will launch or scale a country or business unit abroad.
Your responsibilities may include:

Analyzing markets and identifying growth opportunities

Supporting go-to-market strategy and business development
-
Helping build and ramp up local teams
-
Structuring operations, local processes and governance
This track is ideal if you have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy building activities from scratch in an international environment.
Track B — Global Account Management
You will work alongside a Global Account Manager on one of Mantu’s key global clients.
Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting account strategy and growth roadmap

Coordinating multi-country stakeholders and delivery teams
-
Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
-
Preparing business reviews and performance analyses
This track is ideal if you are passionate about long-term client relationships, complex stakeholder management and large-scale impact.
Location & Flexibility
Phase 1 will be based in one of our major business offices, such as:

Paris
-
Geneva
-
Medellin
For Phase 2, the location will depend on the selected track and business needs.
Track A
Likely to involve international mobility, supporting new or growing markets.
Track B
Primarily office-based with a more stable location.
We build each path tailor-made, aligning your potential and aspirations with Mantu’s strategic priorities.
Contract Types & Conditions
We offer several entry formats, all leading to the same 18-month Graduate track:

End-of-studies internship (6 months), followed by a written employment offer for the next 12 months
-
VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) for specific international opportunities
-
Permanent contract (CDI) for graduates ready to start directly
Details regarding remuneration and benefits will be discussed during the recruitment process and depend on the location and contract type.
What We Are Looking For
Education & Background

Final year student or recent graduate (0–1 year experience)

From a top-3 engineering or business school

Academic excellence combined with concrete experiences (internships, projects, associations, entrepreneurship)

Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is designed to be selective yet efficient.

Interview 1

Final discussion and opportunity to address any remaining questions.
