Position Summary
Join our team for a 3-year corporate study program with our partner university DHBW Lörrach, where you will gain hands-on experience in designing AI-driven tools and automating business processes within an international organization. You will work closely with experts and cross-functional teams to support system integration, data management, and ongoing process optimization. This program offers a dynamic learning environment, valuable mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a motivated, multi-cultural team committed to innovation and excellence.
Start: October 1, 2025 - alternting in a 3-month rhythm between Jet Aviation at Basel Airport and DHBW Lörrach.
Your Role
Design and prototype AI-driven tools
Collaborate with experts to integrate AI features into products or services
Support the designing & continuous improvement and optimization of business processes
Automate processes across systems with automation tools
Support the team with daily ongoing systems support
Assist in the organization and management of the team’s data resources to have it immediately accessible for analysis
Assist in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across all operation teams
Your Profile
Interested in learning new processes and systems
Solution oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of personal accountability
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and German, study courses and exams are in German
Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
