Maintenance Technician for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly
• Performing scheduled maintenance tasks and keeping detailed records of maintenance activities
• Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure efficient operations
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following safety protocols and procedures

Your experience/knowledge:

• Strong background in environmental, health, and safety management, with a focus on risk assessment, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• High-level skills in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment
• Proficient in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical utility systems such as WFI distribution, clean steam, and HVAC
• Deep understanding of GMP regulations and guidelines, particularly in relation to pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality assurance

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
