We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

In this exciting opportunity, you will drive end-to-end business value management of Schindler's core business processes and applications in the area of Sales NI (New Installation), MOD (Modernization) and EI (Existing Installations).

 

  • Managing the approved project portfolio for process and solution development and solution-specific roll-outs in Schindler Sales tools; reporting on project portfolio progress

  • Developing and optimizing the New Installation Sales and Modernisation Sales business process model and architectural design of SHAPE Sales and NewCRM

  • Identifying and sharing business process best-demonstrated practice for continuous process improvements and automation in order to achieve operational excellence

  • Driving process commonality, harmonization and simplification across the process value chain

  • Orchestrating a global network of business owners/experts and key-users in the business unit Sales NI, MOD and Marketing


We Elevate... Your Best Self

Your requirements include:

  • Master's degree in information technology or equivalent

  • 4+ years of functional and leadership experience in the elevator business or related industries

  • IT affinity & knowledge combined with management expertise to manage complex business processes in IT systems

  • Fluent in English, German speaking and writing or any additional language is a plus
