Real Estate Project Manager
Location: Baden, Aargau, Switzerland (Hybrid Position)
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Project Manager to join our client's team, responsible for managing various corporate real estate projects and collaborating with stakeholders. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility for remote work with occasional on-site meetings in the Baden office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate real estate projects, including lease contracts, relocation, consolidation, and premises closure.
- Lead specific projects related to workplace, maintenance, energy reduction, processes, guidelines, and real estate standards.
- Conduct stakeholder management to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Budgeting and cost planning, maintaining cost awareness throughout projects.
- Portfolio data management, including lease data, premises data, and master data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or similar field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Project Manager in corporate environments.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Must reside and work in Switzerland.
