Job Description

As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for building our data platform that empowers our product teams and customers to get actionable insights from their data. You will focus on the next generation of our Nexthink Collector (a lightweight agent) installed on millions of devices worldwide.

You will:

Work with external and internal stakeholders to identify and scope the problems to solve.

Engage with customers to deeply understand how Nexthink is helping large organizations to improve the digital employee experience.

Lead discovery activities in collaboration with UX and Technical leads.

Design solutions which will deliver business value leveraging cutting edge technologies.

Define innovative ways to create value iteratively while working within our constraints and following the north stars you will have set in your vision.

Elaborate roadmaps and iterative plans.

Be the subject matter expert and evangelist, internally and externally.

Create thought leadership that articulate our perspective in our industry.

Work directly with one or more development teams, prioritize stories, bugs, and epics, and participates in scrum ceremonies.

Document new features, and train Nexthink partners, sales engineers, and consultants about new releases.

Follow our competitors and keep up to date with the industry.

Qualifications

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a product manager in a software company, working within a development team.

Master's degree in a STEM subject, for example Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

Proven experience working on a complex technical product.

Proven experience working in engineering.

Broad understanding of agent technologies

Excellent written and verbal communicator. You can explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Entrepreneurial spirit.

Good knowledge of agile development/frameworks.

You are enthusiastic about working in an international, collaborative, fast-paced environment and learning new technologies.

Professional-level of English, spoken and written.
