Responsibilities

• Scrum Master for multiple agile teams within central services
• Work with the team on constantly improving delivery capabilities, fostering an agile culture and improving DevOps capabilities
• Support the product owner and commonly steer the delivery roadmap
• Role model the agile mindset and encourage the agile team to selforganize and self-manage
• Support team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate and drive improvement in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an efficient manner
• Facilitate the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team
• Engage with the Product Owner and Product Manager and support them in maintaining and
  prioritizing the team backlog
• Engage with leadership to drive the operational value stream forward and take ownership to initiate and implement continuous improvements
• Act as a positive enabler and proactively remove obstacles and impediments for the team
• Resolve conflicts and issues within the agile team and with stakeholders
• Always being on top of the topic in order to be able to give guidance during plannings, support and challenge the team
• Support the team by taking responsibility of additional tasks required to achieve Sprint and PI Objectives

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Technical background and profound understanding of software delivery lifecycle
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and application architecture
• Deep knowledge and experience of agile delivery methodology and framework, training and workshop management
• Experience in leadership, facilitation, moderation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Higher education in computer science / business informatics or similar
• Scrum Master Certification (SAFe)
• Fluent in German

• Self-driven, independent working abilities, team-player, hands-on mentality, comfortable with driving and managing change
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to support the team in all aspects of the delivery
