As an "Aftersales & Contract Manufacturing Quality Manager" , you will drive quality activities to keep the high level of quality of Nespresso coffee machines during their life cycle, continuously improve and provide technical support to Nespresso markets for all after sales machines related activities. In this position, you will identify and support market continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the innovation of the machines.

A Day in the Life of an Aftersales & Contract Manufacturing Quality Manager

  • Support validation and risk assessment on any modification
  • Implement solid processes/set of documents to constantly improve coffee machines quality
  • Drive non-conformity management and verify action plan effectiveness through follow-up of consumer complaints
  • Communicate with markets and provide training and support on aftersales when required
  • Travel and visit factories and suppliers across the world to ensure quality of components
  • Collect regular after sales statistics for all product categories (trend, paretos-) to ensure appropriate focus on product corrective actions and continuous improvement
  • Collect market complaints for all product categories and ensure implementation of corrective/preventive actions is communicated back to markets
  • Drive incident and crisis management for machine

What will make you successful

  • Electronic engineering degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Quality management experience as well as continuous improvement
  • Audit management experience
  • Experience in Manufacturing services preferred
  • Good writing and speaking skills in English
  • Ability to convince others, achieve consensus and follow agreed actions
  • Ability and willingness to travel 10-15% of the time
