MSC Cruises is recruiting for its Cyber Security department a Cyber Security Officer Manager to support the enhancement of Cyber Security and Privacy requirements in the MSC Cruises USA in Miami office and across the organization in alignment with the Cyber security Framework and Privacy Framework with the directions provided by the Corporate Cyber Security Department and Privacy Function. #L1-LC1
Coordinate the Cyber Security and Privacy Compliance in MSC Cruises USA, in order to support the implementation of cyber security and data privacy projects, in alignment with the Corporate Cybersecurity Department and Data Protection Officer.
Work with IT departments and business units, in order to:
Support the IT departments in the implementation of the cyber security countermeasures in alignment with the Cyber Security framework.
Presenting regular feedback reports on the cyber security projects of MSC Cruises USA to the Corporate Cyber Security Department and to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Support the Data Protection Officer in implementing, managing and supervising Privacy requirements and compliance according to US Privacy Laws (CCPA, CPRA and other state laws). More specifically,
Promote the Cyber Security and Privacy culture and awareness.
English as primary language.
4-6 years of IT experience in an information security role and supervisory role.
sound knowledge of information security technologies.
Deep knowledge of US Privacy Laws and requirements (CCPA, CPRA and other sectorial and state privacy laws) and experience in implementing of those requirements.
Ability to document technical analysis and articulate outcomes to non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication skills and ability to report effectively and presenting impactfully to management.
Experience in maritime security would be a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST
Experience with Cloud computing across virtualized environments.
Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.
Certifications in field of information security, cyber security & risk management will be an advantage (e.g. ISO27001, CISSP, CISM, CRISC etc.).
Adaptable individual and Team player.
