To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are seeking a:

Legal Adviser 40-60% (9-month contract)
Starting date: June 1st 2024

Your role:

As an in-house counsel, your primary responsibility will be to handle the day-to-day legal affairs. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you’ll collaborate closely with departments such as HR, Administration, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and R&D to address their specific contractual and legal requirements. 

What you will own: 

• Maintain the Contract Database (classification) on Google Drive
• Review, negotiate and draft contracts for our suppliers and customers in alignment with our standards
• Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Provide any legal support to other departments and external counsels

Your profile:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
• Fluency in English (the main working language) and French
• Excellent computer skills, including in setting up contract classification in a Database based on best practices
• A self-starter with an organized, autonomous and proactive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to effectively manage your workload 
• Interest in high-technology and startup environments
