Your tasks include supporting documentation of business processes for projects in the planning phase and preparing approval procedures. Your role will involve providing support for projects, initiatives, and ongoing maintenance of applications and systems within the IT department.

Your knowledge and a familiarization with our processes, gives you the opportunity to take responsibility in one to many of the following tasks:

• Supporting project managers and taking over sub-project leadership.
• Responsibilities in business analysis, requirements engineering for projects, and system maintenance.
• Elaboration, execution and monitoring of test concepts: quality assurance.
• Supporting the organization of meetings, workshops and needed materials for the IT initiatives
• Application of agile methodologies:
• Write and maintain of user stories in the product backlog
• Accompanying sprints for the creation of MVPs
• Participation in daily/weekly meetings
• Taking the role of the (technical) product owner
• Taking the role of scrum master

• For this position, minimum 80% workload is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Computer Science, Data Science or business administration with a good IT technical background.
• Fluent written and spoken English. German is an advantage.
• Knowledge about Agile Methodologies, as well as requirements engineering, project management, business analysis and/or software testing is an advantage.
• Experience in visual modeling of business processes (BPMN) is an advantage.
• Knowledge and interest in data science is an advantage.
• Good comprehension and analytical skills.
• Both a team player and self-motivated, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Very good MS Office skills.
