*Senior Salesforce Architect Consultant

Zurich (Schaumburg, IL) seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect Consultant to be part of a Core Platform Modernization team and be responsible for developing Salesforce.com solutions, complex components or complex projects, and leverage knowledge of applications development methodologies and other technologies to produce comprehensive solutions. Specific duties include: discover, design, implementation, and optimization of the Salesforce platforms; collaborate with a team of Salesforce Architects and Developers to develop and implement IT business processes and manage performance across all activities in order to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance; work with Core Platform Modernization team on new application project designs, development, and delivery of code review and deployment; report application service performance to the business and act where necessary to address application performance issues; ensure compliance with IT application, development and maintenance service management governance standards and policies; and manage the service delivery of respective applications according to Service Level Agreements and address gaps with the business. Position requires Salesforce Platform Developer certification. May work remotely 60% of the time.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a closely related field of study, 6 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Technology Architect, Solution Architect, Systems Analyst, Software Engineer, or similar position working with Salesforce. Must have 6 years of experience working with each of the following: Application Design and Development; Salesforce; Apex Batch process; Apex Triggers; Visualforce; Validation rule; Approval Process; Salesforce Architecture Documentation; Salesforce Flows; SOQL and SOSL queries; Salesforce Reports; Salesforce Dashboard; Salesforce SDKs including VS Code, Developer Console, and Eclipse; Version control tools including GitHub and SVN; Microsoft Visio; 3rd Party Integrations; Salesforce Dataloader; and AppExchange applications. Must be Salesforce Certified Platform Developer. May work remotely 60% of the time.
