1. 安全 EHS

• 全面接受EHS有关培训并系统理解具体要求,

Accept all EHS related training and fully understand EHS requirements.

• 在设备调试，保养和改善过程中全面落实安全要求，100%执行挂牌上锁

Fully implement safety requirements in the process of trial, maintenance and improvement, 100% follow LOTO procedure.

• 设备安全防护要100%满足TE安全要求,

Machine guarding 100% compliance with TE safety requirement.

• 学习了解安全标准，安全要求，安全案例以不断提升安全意识并落实到日常工作中,

Learn the safety procedure, safety requirements, safety case to improve safety awareness and apply into daily job.

2.机电工程、自动化设备 M&E, Automation Equipment

• 新项目或改善项目可行性分析以及预算和投资准备

Prepare the business case for the new projects or the improved projects, as well the budget and CER

• 主导编写新投资自动化设备的需求规范和设备概念设计, Lead the machine specification writing and the machine concept design.
• 负责自动化设备商讨评估，和自动化设备供应商的技术方案和项目跟踪，Responsibility of automation design review, communication with supplier for project implementation and tracking.
• 设备安装，调试及量产后的维护保养, Machine installation, adjustment and maintenance after launch
• 主导编写设备作业指导书并培训员工, Prepare work instruction and train operators

3. 新项目 New Product Project

• 负责产品设计阶段对设备要求部分的准备和评审, Responsible for the preparation and review of equipment required by NPI.
• 参与新项目试生产活动, Join the pilot run of NPI.
• 主导设备作业指导书的修改,完善以及培训, Lead to update the work instruction and deliver the training to Operators and line leader.

4.设备改进和持续改善 Equipment Development and continual improvement

• 主导制定设备年度改善计划并落实, Lead to make the annual equipment development plan and implement.
• 主导解决日常设备效率的数据收集、分析数据并研究从根本上解决, Lead to do daily efficiency data's collection and analyze failure data and study to resolve systematically.
• 主导更新和完善作业指导书, Take lead to update and improve the work instruction.
• 主导分析 OEE, MTTR, MTBF等数据并改善, Collect OEE, MTTR, MTBF data and analyze to seek improvements

5.创新 Innovation

• 创新设计和应用支持业务需要和生产线建设改进，能够识别一些专利的项目并相关文件

的准备, Be creative to support business needs and production lines, and identify some potential patents and prepare the supported documents

6. 持续改进 Continual improvement

• 按照TEOA的要求全面执行TPM, Implement TPM per TEOA methodology
• 参与并主导部分工厂年度改善项目, Participate and lead certain conversation saving projects
• 每月提供2份持续改善报告, Initiate and complete 2 CIs per month
• 参观其他工厂并将学习到的最佳实践予以推广, Deploy the best practice learned from other plants or external partners

Education, Technical Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor degree or Above in Automation Engineering,Major in mechatronics.
• 0~2 years experience in of Non-standard Automation equipment.
• Extensive experience in mechanical and circuit design.
• Good computer operation skills & familiarity with CAD, Pro/e Software.
• Fluent English (CET-6)
