For our client we are looking for a
Senior Engineer Projects Automation (80% - 100%)
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment with project stakeholders, internal departments, and business partners.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of annual CAPEX investment projects, adhering to best practices and leveraging partnerships for project success.
- Provide technical guidance from idea generation to project closure, fostering best-in-class project delivery and organizational learning.
- Ensure project engineering complies with regulations, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain global and local project management processes and document lifecycle.
- Organize day-to-day project operations and lead technical issue resolution.
- Monitor project performance metrics and address negative trends promptly.
- Manage customer and supplier relationships, contractual obligations, and EHS compliance within projects.
- Conduct project-related inspections and monitoring for compliance gaps.
- Provide project information for document management and quality event tracking systems.
- Support health authority inspections and audits.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Automation, Electrical, Industrial IT.
- 5-10 years of project management experience in automation and/or electrical fields.
- Experience in highly regulated industries such as Pharmaceutical or Food.
- Thorough understanding of (c)GMP, GxP regulations, technical standards, and local building codes.
- Understanding of Technical Services' interconnected business processes.
- Proficiency in technical aspects of pharmaceutical sites, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in various IT tools and systems, particularly MS Office.
- Fluent in English and German
