Business Analyst - Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) 60 - 100%

Project: We are currently seeking two experienced Business Analysts (all genders) with expertise in Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) for our client based in Bern. The successful candidates will play a key role in the analysis and potential implementation of CRIMS within the organization.

Main Tasks:

• Conduct analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for CRIMS implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with CRIMS capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and drive decision-making.
• Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, user stories, and system configurations.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, bridging communication gaps and facilitating smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with specific experience in Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS)
• Hands-on experience with CRIMS analysis or implementation in a previous role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Flexibility to work remotely (within Switzerland) with occasional travel to Bern or Zürich

Languages:

• English - Fluent (written and spoken)
• German - Conversational
