The FIFA Museum celebrates and safeguards football heritage and culture to share the magic of the game with the entire world. With exceptional exhibitions, unique original objects, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive experiences as well as thought-provoking cultural and educational programs, the home of football history is a lively and passionate platform for fans and visitors to meet, connect and engage with each other.

To enhance our team, we are looking for a Cultural Tour Guide (on booking, hourly basis) with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading guided tours in the FIFA Museum (groups, companies, public tours, school classes, families, etc.)
  • Leading guided tours of special exhibitions
  • Familiarization with the themes and focal points of the permanent exhibition
  • Familiarization with the themes and focal points of special exhibitions
  • Participation in trainings and quarterly meetings
  • Collaboration and support of the museum team during special events

Your profile:

  • Personal connection and passion for football as a sport as well as a cultural asset and social phenomenon
  • Very good language skills in French, German and English
  • Willingness to develop a modern understanding of mediation
  • Flexibility for assignments during the museum's opening hours (10.00 to 18.00)
  • Weekend assignments
  • Experience in mediation work in other cultural institutions
