• Serve as a legal consultant for national and international clients, offering expertise in business law (including Company Law, Contract Law, M&A), data protection, and employment law within PwC's business law practice in the Romandie region.
• Collaborate with team members and specialists from various disciplines (such as tax, consulting, audit).
• Engage as a generalist on diverse topics, with the opportunity to specialize in specific areas.
• Deliver clear, pragmatic, and relevant legal advice to both internal and external clients.
• Operate within a diverse, international environment, covering multiple service areas and industries, both independently and as part of a team.

• Possess a University Degree in Law, and ideally, be qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Demonstrate ambition, dynamism, a positive mindset, and strong teamwork skills.
• Be a native French speaker with fluent English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
• Exhibit an understanding of the legal aspects related to the challenges faced by national and international companies.
• Embrace a consulting and team-oriented mindset, taking responsibility for assigned projects.
